Who we are

What you're buying

Each product is digital content delivered as downloadable files. The product page lists the files, format and compatibility. Previews show genuine excerpts from those files.

Licence

Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a non-exclusive licence to use and edit the files for the properties you own or manage, including for clients.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files, or edited versions of them, as templates or products.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. HostStack UK is a trading name of CSL Longstone Ltd, which is not VAT registered, so no UK VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay.

Sales are available to UK customers only, with a UK billing address and UK-issued card. The server checks payment-provider billing and card-country records before capturing an authorisation or delivering a file. An ineligible authorisation is cancelled; a pending hold may take several days to disappear depending on the bank. Some failures occur before any authorisation exists.

Ordering and contract records

Review contents, total GBP price, functionality, compatibility and licence before ordering. Choose delayed supply or request immediate supply with separate consent and acknowledgement. Correct billing inputs in Stripe before activating its final Pay button, which creates an obligation to pay. The contract is confirmed on verified payment, not a browser redirect. No subscription, minimum term, separate deposit or digital-delivery fee applies.

An English-language frozen contract copy, product description and delivery choice are retained with the order, included in the email confirmation and available to save from authenticated My orders. No industry code of conduct or certification is claimed.

Complaints and applicable law

Email admin@csl-longstone.com with your order reference and issue. We investigate and explain the proposed remedy. If unresolved, we will give appropriate ADR-provider information and say whether we will use that provider; no current ADR membership is claimed.

English and Welsh law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or the rights of consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland to bring proceedings in their home courts. No term excludes liability or digital-content remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
